  • Provided administrative and payment related guidance, such as supporting them with the Guarantee of Payment application process, which reduced uncertainty during a stressful period
  • Stayed engaged before and after the member’s treatment, offering ongoing support through recovery and follow-up care

We also acted as a single point of assurance for our member and their partner, taking time to listen to their concerns and explain their treatment options clearly. This was essential in ensuring the member and their partner felt heard and supported, especially during a long and complicated treatment process.

This end-to-end involvement helped bring structure and reassurance back into an otherwise uncertain and distressing experience.

For the member, having a consistent, knowledgeable guide meant they were not navigating complex decisions alone. They regained clarity around their care journey and felt supported throughout across their entire journey of care.
